The DRIVE Wellness Story
Why We Started
DRIVE Wellness began with something deeply personal—watching the people we love face real challenges with wellness in midlife. Brendan, our founder, saw the ups and downs of that journey firsthand as his wife, Emily, navigated hormonal changes, shifting energy levels and the frustration of trying to fit into traditional fitness models that simply weren’t built for her.
She wasn’t alone.
So many men and women in midlife are left with rigid gym memberships, impersonal group classes or routines that ignore the unique needs of this stage of life. At the same time, the professionals best equipped to help—trainers, coaches, wellness professionals—often lack the support, flexibility or recognition they deserve.
We set out to change that.
About Our Founder
Brendan launched DRIVE Wellness after 15 years as a spin instructor working alongside elite fitness professionals. He witnessed the disconnect between client needs and the limitations of traditional gyms, especially for those facing midlife health shifts or starting GLP-1 medications.
With deep respect for the roles trainers, coaches and wellness professionals play, Brendan envisioned DRIVE Wellness as a platform where clients get personalized care—and professionals find meaningful ways to make an impact. Inspired by his wife’s journey and those of her peers, he created a holistic model designed to empower both sides of the wellness experience.
Brendan also brings a unique philosophy to his work: the mind-body-music connection. At DRIVE Wellness, music isn’t just background noise—it’s a powerful tool in our cardio training and cycling sessions, especially for women in perimenopause or those using GLP-1s who may face mood swings, fatigue or motivation dips.
Music enhances physical and emotional wellness by syncing movement with rhythm, triggering feel-good neurochemicals like dopamine and serotonin. This can ease symptoms of depression, improve sleep, boost performance and make workouts more enjoyable and sustainable—especially when energy feels limited. Whether lifting weights or cruising on a bike, music can motivate, distract from discomfort and tap into something deeper.
It’s not just fitness. It’s a rhythm you can feel.
Our Vision
Your power. Your place. Your pace.
At DRIVE Wellness, we envision a future where every person—whether navigating midlife changes or embarking on a new health journey like GLP-1 therapy—has access to personalized, empowering wellness support that evolves with them.
Our Mission

The Wellness Advisory Panel
Our work is guided by a Wellness Advisory Panel—a select group of trainers, coaches and medical professionals who ensure our programs are safe, effective and innovative. This panel plays a critical role in shaping company policies, developing new offerings and ensuring our services meet the evolving needs of clients. It’s one more way we live our values: by putting professionals at the table, not just in the field.
