DRIVE Wellness is looking for certified personal trainers who are passionate about delivering results-driven, home-based fitness. ## What We're Looking For

- **Certified** Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, AFAA or equivalent)
- **Passionate** about helping clients at home—not just in a gym
- **Experienced** or interested in supporting midlife women, GLP-1 users or those returning to fitness
- **Motivated** to keep learning and growing professionally
- **Excited** to be part of a close-knit, elite team that’s just getting started

## Your Role as a DRIVE Wellness Trainer

- Deliver personalized strength, cardio and mobility training
- Focus on safety, form and results at every session
- Use evidence-based methods tailored to each client's lifestyle and goals
- Support women navigating their menopause journey with specialized care
- Optionally provide GLP-1 coaching or nutrition-adjacent support
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients in their homes or communities
