Sue Ramirez

Team Lead

With over 20 years of experience, Sue is on a mission to help you move better so you can feel better in your own body. A former professional soccer player—one of the few women to play overseas in the 90s—Sue understands the power of athletic performance, but her current "DRIVE" is focused on the life-changing benefits of strength training for women’s long-term health. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or just starting out, Sue builds a foundation of trust and meets you exactly where you are. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her hiking, practicing Pilates or walking her dogs.

Qualifications: Sue is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor, and holds specialized certifications from the Functional Aging Institute and in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).

Jaclyn Pavelec

Yoga Practice Lead

Jaclyn is all about the beautiful connection between mind, body and spirit. As a specialist in restorative practices, she is passionate about helping her clients find their "best life" through mental and emotional transformation. Jaclyn’s approach is warm and energetic, proving that no matter how busy you are, there’s always room for wellness in your daily routine. She’s a world traveler who has explored 13 countries, and she brings that sense of adventure and gratitude to every session. If she’s not on her yoga mat, she’s likely out hiking or putting together an epic charcuterie board!

Qualifications: Jaclyn is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (YTT) with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Restorative Yoga with Hot Stones.

Diego Tejada

The Goal-Getter

Diego’s passion for fitness is driven by one simple thing—watching people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. With a background in strength training, weight loss and functional fitness, he takes a practical, supportive approach to coaching, helping clients build sustainable routines that improve performance, mobility and confidence both in and out of the gym.

He’s especially focused on breaking through mental barriers and redefining what progress looks like, challenging the outdated “no pain, no gain” mindset in favor of smart, effective training. When he’s not coaching, you’ll find Diego running or practicing Taekwondo, continuing to push his own limits while living the lifestyle he promotes.

Qualifications: Diego is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with specialties in strength training, weight loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, mobility, functional fitness, group training and lifestyle coaching.

Monica Smith

The Momentum Maker

Monica’s passion for fitness comes from experiencing firsthand how movement, mindfulness and healthy habits can change a life. With nearly two decades in the fitness industry, she brings a thoughtful, motivating approach to coaching, creating personalized programs that help clients build strength, improve confidence and make fitness something they can actually look forward to.

She’s especially focused on smart, sustainable progress—using proper technique, modifications and periodized programming to help clients avoid plateaus and reduce injury risk. Monica loves teaching the “why” behind each movement and challenging the misconception that heavy weights make women “bulky.” When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her walking outdoors, hiking, playing soccer with her kids, working in the yard or volunteering at animal shelters.

Qualifications: Monica is an NSPA Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Core and Sprint, Keiser Indoor Cycle, Barre Above and Tabata Boot Camp. Her specialties include strength training, weight loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, mobility, functional fitness, group training, nutrition coaching, mindset coaching and hypertrophy training.

Chris Davis

The Resilience Builder

Chris brings a unique perspective to DRIVE, fueled by 30 years of service as a police officer and academy instructor. He’s spent decades training recruits to be their strongest, and now he’s bringing that same focus on discipline and mental toughness to his clients. Chris is a firm believer that "you can be strong at any age" and that fitness is the ultimate "miracle drug" for mental health. Expect a coach who will push you to do the hard things because he knows the reward is a life well-lived. This Eagle Scout starts every day with a hard workout—usually powered by a juicy steak and "Scenario" by A Tribe Called Quest!

Qualifications: Chris is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Britney Stup

The Energy Builder

Britney brings a focused, upbeat approach to fitness, blending strength training, functional movement, flexibility and nutrition support to help clients feel stronger in everyday life. Inspired by her love of sports, wellness and raising two active sons, she believes fitness is just as powerful for mental well-being as it is for physical results. Clients can expect encouragement, smart modifications and just the right push outside their comfort zone. Fair warning: she loves music, sings often and fully admits the vocals are still a work in progress.

Qualifications: Britney is an ISSA-certified Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, Elite Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Nutritionist, Stretch Practitioner, Flexologist and Life Coach. Her specialties include strength training, weight loss, athletic performance, injury prevention, mobility, functional fitness, group training, nutrition coaching, mindset coaching and stretching.
