Stay Strong. Stay Independent.
Personal training built to keep you moving, balanced and confident.
Getting older doesn't mean slowing down, but it does mean training smarter. We help you build the strength, balance and mobility to keep doing what you love, safely and on your own terms.
Strength Builds Confidence.
Small changes in strength and balance make a big difference in how long you stay independent.
1 in 4
Adults over 65 have a 1 in 4 chance of falling each year, but balance training can lower that risk by up to 30%.
3-8%
After 30, we can lose 3–8% of our muscle every decade — and it speeds up after 60. Strength training helps slow and reverse it.
17%
Regular strength training is linked to up to a 17% lower risk of death from any cause.

What does a session look like?
Every exercise has to answer one question with a yes: does this movement help you live better?
With that as the filter, here's what a typical session includes:
- Warm-up to get joints lubricated and muscles warm
- Balance work, starting with controlled weight shifts, progressing to 1 leg movement patterns, using a chair or wall for support as needed
- Functional strength training — movements that mirror real life, like sit-to-stands, step-ups, picking up and carrying loads, getting down to and up from the floor. Strength is developed using kettlebells, resistance bands and bodyweight
- Cool-down and stretching to end feeling loose, challenged and confident, not depleted
Don't know where to start? Let’s talk it through.
“I'm in full remission after dealing with some serious health issues, and Sue comes to my home to train me —
How sweet is that? My goal has always been strengthening my core and increasing mobility to minimize my risk of falling. Did I mention
I'm almost 80 years old?Sue is always prepared, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She mixes up my routine with a wide variety of exercises and stretching. It's never boring and I'm definitely challenged.
I'm so happy and proud of myself for being able to get myself up and down from the floor with no assistance. Sue is awesome!"
